Our Reviews

I rarely write business reviews, and this is an exception. I bought a car recently and unfortunately, it developed a small DPF issue. Ashley kept engaged with me, paid for the diagnostic and refill of a certain type of fluid (strange french cars 😂). However, the problem was not solved. Ashley drove down 2 hours, brought me a replacement car, took my car and got it all fixed, tested thoroughly, before returning to me today. People like him are rare and deserve every bit of appreciation for their brilliant and honest business manners. If every business runs like his, there would never be any complaints. Thank you Ashley and I wish your business every success, you rightly deserve.

My experience at Churchfield Autos was fantastic! I would highly recommend! Ashley was very knowledgeable, welcoming and not one bit pressurising which I know car salesman can be. He got my car fitted with a new cam belt, had it serviced and MOT’d at no extra cost!

Churchfield Autos is a little gem of a place! If you're looking for a decent used car, sold by a trustworthy, honest dealer-look no further! Ashley has a range of quality stock, and his open, honest dialogue ensures you get the vehicle that's right for you. The whole process, from utilising the website to making an appointment, viewing and test-driving the vehicle, through to purchase and drive-away was an absolute pleasure. Ashley was informative and thorough, relaxed and trustworthy. He took on board everything I needed and met every requirement, sorting all paperwork so the whole process was as easy and straightforward as possible. From viewing, to on my driveway - in just 4 days! Fantastic value and outstanding customer service! Second-hand car dealers often get a bad rep., and potential customers can be wary (I know I was!), but Ashley at Churchfield Autos is a genuine chap. I would 100% recommend.

We have bought 2 cars from Churchfield Autos and each time had excellent service. The trade-in prices for our old cars was good and the help given with paperwork etc very much appreciated. We would happily recommend them to others.

What can I say that hasn't been said by other customers. From first contact by phone through to an unhurried test drive and finally collection of my Jeep.Upon viewing and collection car was well presented Ashley was pleasant to do business with. And after an horrendous 3 hour drive home due to traffic I have every confidence in my new car.
